Every rental includes delivery, set-up, tear-down, and pick-up within Winnipeg. Rentals are for up to 12 hours, but we can adjust the times based on your needs. We also provide a 100 ft 12-gauge extension cord and any necessary safety mats.

Yes, we can! For services outside Winnipeg, there's a $0.50/km surcharge. We use Google Maps to calculate the distance from the nearest point on the perimeter to your address, multiplied by 4 for two round trips (drop-off and pick-up). Contact us for an exact quote.

We need at least 5 ft of room around the unit, clear of any obstacles. Please ensure there are no overhead wires or trees that would interfere with the units when fully inflated. Please ensure there are no underground sprinkler systems, septic systems, electical wires, fiber optic wires or any other buried cables or pipes that may get damaged when securing the unit. We use 18" spikes to properly secure the units.

Unfortunately, the weather in Manitoba can be quite unpredictable. The inflatables can not be set up when wind speeds exceed 24 km/hr or when there is a thunderstorm or rain. In the event that weather causes a delay or cancellation of your event, we can either reschedule or refund your deposit.

We require a deposit to secure your rental date, and it's non-refundable to ensure availability. If your event is canceled due to bad weather, we can reschedule or refund your deposit.

Yes, we are! We're licensed and insured, and we can provide proof of insurance upon request. We're also registered with the city of Winnipeg.

There is a rental contract as well as a liability form that must be reviewed and signed prior to or the day of the rental. You can download these off of our website (at the bottom of the home page) and they can be e-signed and emailed back to us. Alternatively, these can also be signed on the day of the rental (we carry hard copies with us as well). Please review these prior to the rental, in the event you have any questions to avoid any miscommunication or issues the day of. We would be happy to discuss them with you.

Using inflatables with water requires extra costs due to the additional time and resources needed to dry, clean, and sanitize the units. For instance, the giant Lego slide and the 12 ft jungle slide take 2-4 hours to fully dry, while bounce houses take about 1-2 hours.
