What comes with every rental?

Every rental includes delivery, set-up, tear-down, and pick-up within Winnipeg. Rentals last up to 12 hours, but we can adjust the timing to suit your needs. We also provide a 100 ft 12-gauge extension cord and safety mats.

Do you offer services beyond Winnipeg?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we do! For locations outside Winnipeg, there's a $0.50/km surcharge. We calculate the distance using Google Maps from the nearest point on the perimeter to your address, multiplied by 4 to cover two round trips (drop-off and pick-up). Contact us for an exact quote.

Question 3

How do I prepare for my inflatable rental?

Accepted Answer

We need at least 5 ft of room around the unit, clear of any obstacles. Please ensure there are no overhead wires or trees that would interfere with the units when fully inflated. Please ensure there are no underground sprinkler systems, septic systems, electical wires, fiber optic wires or any other buried cables or pipes that may get damaged when securing the unit. We use 18" spikes to properly secure the units.

What if bad weather cancels my event?

Accepted Answer

Manitoba's weather can be unpredictable. We cannot set up inflatables if wind speeds exceed 24 km/hr or during thunderstorms or rain. If bad weather cancels your event, we can reschedule or refund your deposit.

Why is a deposit required, and can it be refunded?

Accepted Answer

A deposit is required to secure your rental date and ensure availability. While it's non-refundable, we offer rescheduling or refunds if your event is canceled due to bad weather.

What are the weight limits and dimensions of the various units?

Click on the "Read more" section of each unit and it lists the dimensions as well as the weight restricions of each unit.

Question 7

Are you licensed and insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we are! We're licensed and insured, and we can provide proof of insurance upon request. We're also registered with the city of Winnipeg.

Is there anything I need to review and sign prior to my rental date?

Accepted Answer

There is a rental contract as well as a liability form that must be reviewed and signed prior to or the day of the rental. You can download these off of our website (at the bottom of the home page) and they can be e-signed and emailed back to us. Alternatively, these can also be signed on the day of the rental (we carry hard copies with us as well). Please review these prior to the rental, in the event you have any questions to avoid any miscommunication or issues the day of. We would be happy to discuss them with you.

Why do water inflatables cost extra?

Water inflatables cost extra because they require additional time and resources for drying, cleaning, and sanitizing. For example, the giant Lego slide and the 12 ft jungle slide take 2-4 hours to dry, while bounce houses take 1-2 hours.
