We service Winnipeg and the surrounding area. All prices include delivery, set up and teardown within the perimeter. Any rentals outside the perimeter would be subject to a $0.50/KM surcharge. Please call, text or email for an exact quote.

Services

  • What is included with every rental?
    With every inflatable rental, we include delivery, set-up, tear down and pick up (within Winnipeg). Each rental is for up to 12 hours but we can also modify the times based on your needs. Please contact us by email, text or phone to request a more specific timeframe. We also include a 100 ft 12 gauge extension cord as well as any safety mats (if required).
  • Do you service outside Winnipeg?
    Yes! We do service outside the perimeter, but this is subject to a $0.50/km surcharge. We calculate the mileage using google maps from the nearest point on the perimeter to your address. This mileage is then multiplied by 4 as we need to make 2 round trips (once for drop off and once for pick up). Please call, text or email for an exact quote.
  • How do I prepare for my inflatable rental?
    We need at least 5 ft of room around the unit, clear of any obstacles. Please ensure there are no overhead wires or trees that would interfere with the units when fully inflated. Please ensure there are no underground sprinkler systems, septic systems, electical wires, fiber optic wires or any other buried cables or pipes that may get damaged when securing the unit. We use 18" spikes to properly secure the units.
  • What happens when weather causes a cancellation?
    Unfortunately, the weather in Manitoba can be quite unpredictable. The inflatables can not be set up when wind speeds exceed 24 km/hr or when there is a thunderstorm or rain. In the event that weather causes a delay or cancellation of your event, we can either reschedule or refund your deposit.
  • Why do I need to leave a deposit and is it refundable?
    The deposit is used to secure the rental day. This is non-refundable as it prevents us from renting the unit to someone else. The only exception to this is if your event is cancelled due to inclement weather. If you need to reschedule the event, we would be more than happy to do so.
  • What are the weight limits and dimensions of the various units?
    Click on the "Read more" section of each unit and it lists the dimensions as well as the weight restricions of each unit.
  • Are you licensed and insured?
    Yes. we can provide proof of insurance upon request. We are registered with the city of Winnipeg as well.
  • Is there anything I need to review and sign prior to my rental date?
    There is a rental contract as well as a liability form that must be reviewed and signed prior to or the day of the rental. You can download these off of our website (at the bottom of the home page) and they can be e-signed and emailed back to us. Alternatively, these can also be signed on the day of the rental (we carry hard copies with us as well). Please review these prior to the rental, in the event you have any questions to avoid any miscommunication or issues the day of. We would be happy to discuss them with you.
